Welcome to AWARI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or mobile applications.
Terms of Use
By accessing and using AWARI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform connects property seekers with verified listings, landlords, and property management services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and property transactions. You agree not to use our platform for fraudulent purposes, misrepresent property details, or engage in any illegal activities. All users must verify their identity through our KYC process.
Booking Terms
Property bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Users must provide accurate check-in/check-out dates and guest information. For Amadeus hotels, bookings are confirmed only after payment and successful synchronization with the external provider.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Users must complete payment within the specified timeframe to secure bookings. For external hotel bookings (Amadeus), payment is required upfront. If the external booking fails after payment, users will receive an automatic refund to their wallet.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property type. Shortlet and hotel bookings may have stricter cancellation terms. For Amadeus hotel bookings that fail after payment, automatic refunds are processed to the user's wallet. Users can cancel bookings through their dashboard, subject to the property's specific cancellation terms.
Limitation of Liability
AWARI acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for disputes between users and property owners. While we verify listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all property information. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before making booking decisions.
